Course Objective It is aimed that the students have knowledge in the field of sports law, tax law, sports public law, the effect and function of international organizations, sponsorship, doping, legal and criminal responsibilities in sports, sports law, domestic law and interethnic law.
Course Content Sports and sporting events are felt in every aspect of life in terms of society. Increasingly the weight of the professional side of the sport is increasing day by day, the effects on the national and international level, the violence and hooliganism that goes beyond the sports fields, and the increase of the importance of the legal regulations in this area. In addition, the sport economy is growing day by day and its own rules of sport law increase the importance of expertise in the establishment of the legal structure of sports-related relationships. First of all, the participants will be informed about the economic, sociological dimensions of sport. Later on, it will be emphasized the importance of sports for sport in terms of their specific characteristics. Finally, the spora will present legal issues such as specific legal regulations, sports law, resolution of sport-related disputes
