1Be able to explain the conception of adoption, custody and guardianship.
2Be able to explain arrengement of Turkish Civil Code about adoption, custody and guardianship. Be able to apply provisions about adoption, custody and guardianship. Be able to interpratation of adoption, custody and guardianship within framework of arrangements for the statutory, doctrinel criticism and impretmentations problem.
