Course Objective Purpose of this course is to teach legal issues that arise due to use of information technologies and make students aware of possible solutions and consequences.
Course Content National and international rules and regulations on cyber crimes, international treaties, constitutional arrangements, laws and bylaws in the area, privacy of personal information, child abuse crimes, banking and credit card fraud, tampering with government and commercial sites and their internal records, intellectual property laws, phishing, spam and cyber attacks.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Ability to explain the concept of information law
2 Ability to associate the Preliminary Provisions and the general principles of law with the legal disputes/problems in the other branches of law
3Ability to Know the rules and rules of information law that must be complied with in the field of information law
4Ability to decide accurately what legal rule(s) to be applied in the issues to which rules of information law are to be applied
