Course Objective	The aim of the course is teaching the constitutional justice and constitutional supervision institutions, which play a vital role in the implementation of the principle of binding and superiority of the constitution and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, in the democratic political life and in the mindset of the rule of law.
Course Content	In this lecture the establishment of constitutional review and its historical development, judicial supervision systems, supervision of compatibility to constitution in Turkish constitutional review system, general overview to the other duties of Turkish Constitutional Court and some other problems related to Turkish constitutional review system are held.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
