Course Objective	Teaching basic notions of science, social science, law and philophogy of science. Teaching methods of formal and contextual analysis of law s rules. İnforming about lots of topics like raising resources, attribution, plan, footnote.
Course Content	Establishment and implementation of legal rules (topical and ethical relationships), the content of positive law determination, comment and comment types, court judgments and justifications of the decisions of the explanation of the principle in terms of methodology.
