Course Objective Giving information to students about trial activities. Introducing the officers in the judicial activity, comprehension of the working mechanism of the Turkish judicial system. Presentation of the notification law, its importance in the law and concrete evaluation of its results and applications.
Course Content This course mainly deals with the concept of jurisdiction; the significance and function of the jurisdiction; a general overview of the Turkish judicial organization and types of jurisdiction (constitutional jurisdiction, forensic jurisdiction, administrative jurisdiction, election jurisdiction, accounting jurisdiction and jurisdictional disputes); as well as the principles governing the exercise of jurisdiction, inclusive of all types of jurisdictions; and the introduction of the subjects directly or indirectly engaged in the exercise of jurisdiction and enforcement organizatio
