Being knowledgeable about Roman Law, Roman Property Law and Debt Law which is a source of Turkish Law
Course Content
In law of persons types of capacity are discussed. In law of obligations sources of liability, and specifically contracts and torts are examined. In law of things subjects such as the concept of property right, possession, acquisition and protection of property are covered.
