Course Objective Teaching students the meaning of nutrition science and balanced and adequate dieting.
Course Content Cell and Membrane Physiology, Blood Physiology, Cardiovascular Physiology, Respiratory Physiology, Functions of the Kidney, Gastrointestinal functions and metabolism, Muscle functions, Endocrine system functions, Nervous systems and its functions
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

1Know the interaction of diet-health
2Learn the chemical and physical structure of food nutrients
3Knows the effects of nutritional quality of the operations phase of food preparation
