Course Objective At the end of this course, students can create sensitivity towards the importance of organizational behavior . As an open system and groups to work together on skills is available to work.
Course Content Workplace and organizational behavior, people characteristics and personality development, groups and organizations, management processes, organizations motivation, management functions as leadership, morale organizations, organizations of communication and human relations, organizations of group dynamics and team work, conflict in organizations, revision.
