Course Objective at the end of this course, students with theoritical knowledge about the concept of Pysical Fitness and learns the effects of pyhsical activity on pyysical fitness components.
Course Content Concepts related to physical fitness, physical fitness and the development of methods to protect the basic training (endurance training, flexibility training, force practices, training for speed, and quickness training, coordination of training, relaxation techniques), to measure the physical fitness test batteries.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
