Course Objective : The aim of the course, graduate students, the concept of public administration and public management in the field and introduce them to basic principles and values of the basic management processes within the scope of sports management in public administration is to inform about how it is implemented
Course Content Public administration and private management separation between public management and related sciences, government and elements of the concept, state theory, the function of government, public services and policies, central and local governments, bureaucracy, hierarchy, the Turkish public administration, organization, management and law.
