Course Objective The aim of this lesson, student’s definition of volleyball, the general characteristic features of the game of volleyball, historical development of The World and in Türkiye, volleyball game rules, ensure that the teaching of the basic techniques of the game of volleyball as a theoretical and practical, knowledge and skills related to volleyball, following the developments in all kinds of events, organizations gain the ability to organize and manage.

1 Theoretical: Historical development of volleyball in the world and Turkey. Practical: Basic stance; High, Medium, Low. Warm up.
2 Theoretical: The overall structure of the game of Volleyball, Volleyball's characteristics. Information of the overhead pass. Practical: Volleyball warm up specific to the teaching, the teaching of overhead pass, be reinforced with exercises and various games overhead pass.
3 Theoretical: Rules of the Volleyball game (I-Facilities and Equipment), information of the overarm pass. Practical: The teaching of overarm pass, overarm pass exercises, overhead and overarm pass mixed drills.
4 Theoretical: Rules of the Volleyball game (II-Participants and the Order of Game), information of the service. Practical: The teaching of service, service from the bottom and the top, service exercises, be reinforced with exercises and various games overhead pass, overarm pass and service .
5 Theoretical: Rules of the Volleyball game (III-Game Movement), information of Smack. Practical: The teaching of smack, smack exercises and drills.
6 Theoretical: Rules of the Volleyball game (IV-Pauses, Delays, and Libero Players), information of block. Practical: The teaching of block, block types, the basic stance and bounce exercises, technical of plonjon and plonjon variations.
7 Theoretical: Rules of the Volleyball game (V-Arbitrator, Responsibilities and Official Signs). Practical: Basic techniques on how to reinforce the exercises. Teaching application of basic skills.
8 Theorical: Paper presentation. Application: Works for defense systems, drills. Teaching application of basic skills.
9 Mid-Term Exam
10 Lecture: Paper presentation. Practical: The implementation of planned activities.
