Course Objective At the end of this course, students will have theoretical knowledge about muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition which are health-related components of fitness and provide to prepare individual training programs.
Course Content The component of fitness relation with health; strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition .
Prerequisites SBR 349 FITNESS - II - ENDURANCE DEVELOPMENT
