Course Objective
This course aims to provide students wrestle the definition, general characteristics of wrestling, the historical development in the world and in Turkey, wrestling rules, ensure the wrestling basic techniques of theoretical and teaching practical knowledge and skills necessary to keep track of all developments related to wrestling to ensure.
