COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective The aims of this course are to introduce and explain the general and specific concepts related to the training science, training methods, energy metabolism, and to teach the relationship between the loading methods and biomotor abilities.
Course Content The basic principles of training science, the concept of training, the definition and training of basic motoric features, training planning, theory and practice of the methods used to develop some basic motoric features.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

2Explains the general principles and the variety of training planning.
3Establishes the relationship between training and relaxation skills in line with the theory of Supercompensation.

6Makes relationship between energy metabolism and writing a training plan.
7Understands the methods and types of loading.
8Establishes a relationship between energy metabolism and loading methods.
