Course Objective Students will describe the definition of health; how physical, social, and pscyhological, intellectual health contributes to total health. Students will get the fundamental knowledge about first aid and can apply into the real situations.
Course Content Definition of health knowledge, aims, the developments in health science, caring organs of body, protection from fatal diseases and infections. Methods in developing a healthy life style, hygene, enviromental factors, detrimental habbits and their effects on children and youth, sport injuries and ways to protect from them. First aid definition, aim, decision making in emergencies, medical-dressing, portage, the stopage of respiration a nd heart, injuries and hemorrhage, heat injuries, burns, botulism, blockage and suffocation, fractures and other muscle-skelatol system injuries, circulation system problems, backbone traumas, decadence of different substances, first aid in animal and insect bites .
