Course Objective The purpose of this course, athletes, intense physical exertion, extreme physical stress-health problems that may arise, a whole society than the more common diseases, sports industry, individual discipline-specific or general promotion of health problems caused by environmental conditions, and recommendations for the prevention of these situations is to learn.
Course Content Health problems that may arise from over-training in athletes and women athletes are specific problems, some diseases more common than society in general, cases of sudden death, the nature of sports branch (endurance, strength, height, etc.), individual discipline-specific or general environmental conditions caused by heat stress, altitude diseases, problems related to the journey, infectious diseases, anemia, etc. promoting health problems, the effects of athletic performance, includes suggestions for prevention.
