Course Objective The general aim of this course is to get to know the classroom as an educational and learning environment with its various aspects, and the main topics are: Basic concepts of classroom management; physical, social and psychological dimensions of the classroom; classroom rules and discipline in the classroom; main models of classroom management; management of student behavior in the classroom; communication and interaction process in the classroom; student motivation in the classroom; time management in the classroom; the teacher as an instructional leader in the classroom; management of teacher and parent meetings; creating a positive classroom and learning climate; Case studies on classroom management according to school levels.
