Course Objective The course is designed to give detail knowledge about trading with the emphasis in export. It also includes project financing techniques and their applications. The course will help those seeking entrance into this most interesting field of finance by exploring problems that they may face in dealing in international trade and project finance transactions on a daily basis. The course will be dealing with these subjects in the context of emerging markets rather than in the context of developed markets. The course will also discuss the basic definitions of international trade and project finance products as a preliminary to understanding of the risk inherent in the assets and, hence, the structure underlying any particular international tradeexport and finance enstruments and its programm
