Course Objective
Informing the students, that are new admissions, about the necessary knowledge concerning the Law of Obligations which will also considered to be helpful in the professional life
Course Content
This course teaches the students under the general provisions the occurrence of rights and depths, obligation and liability, legal transactions, freedom of contract and the different sources of obligations, which are composed of contracts, torts and unjust enrichment. The obligations of special nature, such as solidarity, conditional obligations, penalty clauses for non-performance and the assignment of claims and assumption of obligations will also be discussed to provide the students with a sound understanding in Obligation Law and its applications within the framework of business. At the end of this course, the students will be able to develop analytic skills in problem solving regarding to Contracts and Obligations Law
