Course Objective The purpose of this course is to provide the students with the basic principles, concepts and processes of corporate finance and to enable them to make rational decisions based on financial analysis and planning.
Course Content Financial management and its functions, time value of money,financial planning and control, working capital management, valuation of financial assets, capital budgeting, cost of capital, capital structure and long term financing.
