The activities of animal science general introduction of domesticated farm animals breeding, care, and nutrition teaching in general
Course Content
Animal science definition and appliations Animal Science in Turkey and the world. Animal production data. General definitions and terms in animal science. Race and species and breeding Classification of domestic breeds of domesticated animals and culture. Depending on their age, the introduction of animals. General cultivation, care and feeding issues. Animal science beef cattle, dairy cattle, sheep, goats, milk buffalo, horses, rabbits and other similar animal species, cultivation, care and feeding. Classification of winged animals, care and feeding. Beekeeping, sericulture and fur farming. Classification of feeds and nutrients, properties and use in animal nutrition.
