Course Objective It is aimed that students have knowledge about additive manufacturing methods and technologies, which is one of the innovative manufacturing methods today.
Course Content Definition of additive manufacturing. Classification of additive manufacturing technologies. Introducing the seven main additive manufacturing methods. VAT Photopolymerization method. Material extrusion method. Powder bed fusion method. Binder jetting method. Sheet lamination method. Direct energy deposition method. Material jetting method. Investigation of additive manufacturing parameters. Current developments in additive manufacturing methods.
