COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective To describe basic features of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to introduce characteristics of basic hydraulic and pneumatic circuit elements, to teach the basic calculations and element selection of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits in a practical view.
Course Content The basic principles of hydraulics, power and pressure transmission systems, the definition of hydraulic fluids, hydraulic systems and symbols, hydraulic circuit components, pumps, motors and valves, flow direction and pressure control valves, hydraulic collectors, filters and seals, pneumatic circuits, compressors and varieties , pneumatic circuit applications.
