The aim of this course is; Basic concepts and laws of chemistry, chemical equations and chemical calculations, properties of gases and intense phases of matter.
Course Content
Definition of the Chemistry, the areas, the importance, the effect of my life and the historical development of the person. Properties of matter and substance, Scientific method, Significant numbers, Properties of substance, Classification. Atom and atomic electron structure: Atomic nuclei, atomic theories, electron structure. Chemical Compounds: Introduction to periodic chart, compound types and formulas. Chemical Reactions: Chemical equations, acid-base reactions, oxidation-reduction reactions.
