Course Content Concepts and Definitions, Sources of Individual Labour Law, Employee, Employer, Employer Deputy, Definitions of Business and Company, Scope of Labour Law, Types of its Services, Contents, Structuring and Classification, Debts of Parties, To Expire the Service Contract and its Results, Severance Pay and Security Issue, Working Period, Vacation with Pay and Annual Pay Vacation Establishment and Process Of Employee and Employer Institutes, Membership of Employee and Employer Institutes, Activities of Employee and Employer Institutes, Freedom of Trade Union and Rights, Its Control and Abolishment, Importance of Collective Bargaining System, Autonomy of Collective Agreement, Determination of Collective Agreement, Implementation of Collective Agreement, Judgments of Collective Agreement, Field of Application and Abolishment, Disputes of Batch Job and Its Peaceful Solutions, Strike, Lock-Out.
