COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective	To introduce basic tools, equipments and devices used in metal Technologies to Materials Science and Engineering students. In addition these tools are used in practice.
Course Content	Practice the tools and equipments, measurement and control devices used in metal forming Technologies, to teach preapearing solution, to give informations about acid and alcali materials
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Classify measurement devices, application methods, mark tools with respect to usage areas
2	2 Recommend the proper forming technique according to materials used
3	Compare the tools and parts in metal forming Technologies with each other
4	Compare and recommend the drillers and driller apparatus
5	Compare and recommend the drillers and driller apparatus
6	Calculate the frequency and the diameter of driller Prepare the related Standard procedures in order to use repair and maintenance and cleaning of machines Calculate the adjustment parameters used in workshop machines Prepare required precautions according to standards
