Course Objective To define legal framework for making/taking decisions process, to gain knowledge relating with institutional and legitimate mechanisms in planning-implementation process
Course Content Mechanisms and sub–organizations relating to central–local administration, coordination between institutions, authority sharing in planning process, Municipalities, Legal codes such as Development Code, Heritage Code, Environment Code, Unplanned Housing-Squatter, the concepts of Urban Regeneration–Renewal.
