Course Objective To determine the spatial evolution of human settlements according to the changes or transformations of social-cultural-economical-technological-political etc., to expose urban future as the reflections of urban practises in the past.
Course Content Emergence of the human settlements, beginning of the sedentary life culture, Greek-Roman urban culture, polis, Pre-industrial cities, urban models in medieval, urban planning in  Renaissance and Baroque, Industrial cities and urban models after Industrial Revolution, urban development models in third millennium.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
