Course Objective To teach the civil engineering students, the Planning of the Construction Works and related Planning Techniques
Course Content Construction Planning, Critical Pat Method (CPM), Time Estimation of Activities, Relations Between Activities, Setting Networks and Determination of Critical Path, Estimation of Unworked Durations, Transforming Critical Paths to Bar Diagrams, Revision of Investment Programs, MPM Method, Factors Affecting Time Overruns of Investments.
