Course Objective Student may; 1. Explain the concepts about basic Internet and web technologies. 2. Select appropriate programs to create graphical objects. 3. Prepare draft documents and visual items related with web page. 4. Write HTML and XML codes usind web editors. 5. Perform domain and name selection for publishing web pages. 6. Upload and update web pages.
Course Content Internet, Intranet ,Internet services and protocols (FTP, e-mail, Telnet, www, SMTP, POP3, TCP/IP, http, etc.) concepts, picture, graphic, animation, voice, view developing softwares,Hierarchic organization of web pages ,Page format, page transition, target mass, content, property, color balance,placement, effection,document preparing,moving pictures and texts,Web Editor,Frames, schedules, lists, forms, Placement of visual subjects, Placement of script and applet,connections,text and line types,buttons and menus. Web host choosing; host name, property, capacity, İnternet service providers, databases and supporting of web programming, cost and limit of e-mail, File trasfer protocol (FTP) and its softwares,Connection of internet service provider,web page loading and updating.

6Chooses domain for Web page publication and installation and update of the pages on server
