Course Objective	This course aims to draw a contextual framework on the mechanisms and dynamics of construction industry.
Course Content	Actors taking part in the process of building production in Turkey, their authorities and responsibilities. The evolution of the building sector in Turkey. Basic concepts related to construction management. The techniques of construction management and project management, cost in building production; applications of cost estimation and quantity calculation, cost-benefit analyses.
Prerequisites	MIM 307 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN III
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	To have a tourugh knowledge about Project Production and Project Management.
2	Ability to give managerial and economical decisions and hold the qualifications about building production rules and legistations.
3	To learn the role of architect in the process of building production.
