Course Objective
This course aims to draw a contextual framework on the mechanisms and dynamics of construction industry.
Course Content
Actors taking part in the process of building production in Turkey, their authorities and responsibilities. The evolution of the building sector in Turkey. Basic concepts related to construction management. The techniques of construction management and project management, cost in building production; applications of cost estimation and quantity calculation, cost-benefit analyses.
