Course Objective The aim of this lesson is to teach knowledge about the terms and concepts of front office management.
Course Content Front Office department in hotel and its relations with other departments, organizational structure of F/O, job specifications, daily routines, reservation, check-in and check-out practices, reporting, concierge, night audit, communication; pricing the rooms, forecasting, information and application on automation system.
