Course Objective To inform students about anatomical structures that play a role in spinal stabilization, muscle imbalance, spinal posture, muscle imbalance evaluation methods and stabilization exercises
Course Content Functional anatomy and biomechanics related to vertebral stabilization, causes of muscle imbalance, the relationship between stabilization and posture, objective evaluation methods in stabilization, isolated and general stabilization exercises

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1At the end of this course, the students will have knowledge about the anatomical structures involved in spinal stabilization.
2Students will have a thorough knowledge of assessment methods in spinal stabilization.
3At the end of this course, students will have a comprehensive knowledge of the exercise methods needed for spinal stabilization training.
