To inform students about anatomical structures that play a role in spinal stabilization, muscle imbalance, spinal posture, muscle imbalance evaluation methods and stabilization exercises
Course Content
Functional anatomy and biomechanics related to vertebral stabilization, causes of muscle imbalance, the relationship between stabilization and posture, objective evaluation methods in stabilization, isolated and general stabilization exercises
