Course Objective The aim of this lecture to teach natural textile fibers. Content of this lecture aiming to include information about classification of natural textile fibers, their production and chemical and physical properties of these fibers.
Course Content General knowledge about textile fiber classification and the definition about textile fibers. World lif production and consumption. Definitions of fiber properties. Comparison of natural and synthetic fibers. Plant, animal fibers. Fiber production methods, physical and chemical structures, chemical and physical properties and end-use applications.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
