Course Objective The aim of this course is to transfer of knowledge about design in wastewater treatment plant.
Course Content General design principles of treatment plants, project planning, projection of human population and calulation of flowrate and pollution loadings, design of physical treatment units, design principles of primary sedimentation tank, design principles of biological treatment methods, design principles of final sedimentation tank, and chlorine contact tank, principles of project design, calculation of hydraulic profile.
