Course Objective Learning to operate the light microscope is used in common in studies of Microbiology. Examination of water, wastewater and activated sludge community. The creation and implementation of microbial cultivation techniques of microorganisms multiply different medium sheets. The use of methods on bacteria staining and preparation of bacterial stain. Classification of activated sludge flocks. Demonstration of applications of different molecular technique. Teaching to biological treatment and environmental engineering in the fields of laboratory techniques to solve encountered microorganism originating problems.
Course Content The content of the course consists of examination of water, wastewater and activated sludge community.
