Course Objective In this course aim is to introduce the importance, need and develeopment steps of decision support systems used in engineering. In addition, the course offers an in depth understanding of ERP, an important decision support tool for industrial engineering.
Course Content Decision making process, decision making under certainty, decision making methods, development of decision support systems, system analysis, business process modeling, ERP software components, ERP training.
