Course Objective The aim of this course is describing the quality management system standard requirements, certification process and integration methods of the quality system with the other management systems. It is aimed that students have the qualification and perfection of a quality manager.
Course Content Defining and characterizing quality / Approaches to achieving, sustaining and improving quality / Systems approach / Process approaches / ISO 9001 certification / Establishing a quality management system / Documenting a quality management system / Requirements on management responsibility / Requirements on resource management / Requirements on product realization / Requirements on measurement, analysis and improvement /Health and safety management system / Environmental management system / Consumer products management system.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1The student apply the basic principles of total quality management to the business systems
