COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Bachelor's Degree

Course Objective Basic principles of fluid mechanics, to teach the impact they create the fluid.
Course Content Dimensional analysis; transport phenomena and fluid mechanics; properties of the fluid, viscosity, density, surface tension; Newton's law; static of fluids, pressure gauges; flow of fluids, mass balances, flow characteristics; laminar flow, momentum balance, speed profiles; The overall energy balance and friction; flows around submerged objects; measurement of fluid flow; The mixing of the liquid. Introduction to boundary layer and turbulence.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1To understand the basic principles of fluid mechanics and to know where the fluid and to analyze the environment in which it works.
2The momentum and the energy of the boundary layer can solve integral equations.
