Course Objective Students comprehend the basic information necessary for the development of biological processes on an industrial scale and to gain the ability to apply.
Course Content Simple enzyme kinetics, enzyme kinetics of enzyme simple fermenters, reduced activity of the enzyme, immobilized enzyme and industrial applications of enzymes. Cell growth, cell kinetics and design of fermenters. Sterilization.
