Course Content Basic concepts and definitions of Quality. Elements of quality. Conformance and performance quality. Quality assurance. Total quality management. ISO 9000 Standarts. Aims of quality control. Methods of statistical process control. Control charts ( X-, R-, s- and P- charts ). Interpretation of control charts.
