Course Objective At the end of this course, it is aimed to convey to the students how the financing function, one of the basic functions of the business, is implemented with the application dimension, and the process of making investment, financing and profit distribution decisions in businesses.
Course Content The process of making short and long-term investment decisions in enterprises; Within the scope of financial statement analysis, break-even analysis, working capital management, fixed capital management, the process of making financing decisions; The cost of capital is exemplified within the scope of capital structure theories and valuation, while profit distribution decisions are explained at the theoretical level.
