Course Objective This course, in recent years the public administration literature in an important agenda from becoming e-government on the concept of theoretical and institutional infrastructure creation and the current situation in practice findings on making e-government different aspects of the discussion is to open.
Course Content In this course, primarily in public administration technology and information management cases, the state-owned units of information collection, storage, processing and publishing, electronic media will take place in the network of relations and on the internet public administrative units, scope of service awareness about patients will be given. With the help of this phenomenon, information technology and services, the impact on public management will be examined.
