Course Objective The aim of the course is to give information about the relationship of public administration and ethics within the framework of ethical theories and basic concepts about ethics.
Course Content Basic concepts and elements of ethics, administrative ethics and its philosophical dimensions, the importance of ethics in public administration, ethical principles and standards, code of ethics, ethical decision making and normative framework regarding administrative ethics in Turkey will be examined in detail.
