Course Objective The purpose of this course, the availability of labor, working conditions, unionization, collective bargaining and in the light of developments in the EU in recent years in the world and in Turkey to be able to determine the status of SMEs.
Course Content Process of restructuring, factors that lead to restructuring, parts of restructuring, entrepreneurship (internal and external entrepreneurship), definitions of small and medium-sized enterprises, comparison with large-size enterprises, advantages and disadvantages, small and medium-sized enterprises in the European Union, encouragement .
