Course Objective The main objective of course is to introduce the concept of project management and to teach how to plan, prepare, and monitor a successful project.
Course Content Concepts and principles of project managemen; project life cycle; project scope, timing, and resource management; graphical notation and diagrams of priority: Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review method (PERT), the trade-off analysis; the role of project managers.
