Course Objective The basic aim of the Obligations Law is to teach the basic concepts and norms related. For this aim, it is also aimed to show the possible situations which can be faced by the students in the business life. Due to the concepts related to Obligations Law being discrete, there will be lots of practical and sample cases to be taught.
Course Content Principles of the Law of Obligations -The Qualifications of the Obligations -Contracts, Offer, Acceptance and Other Features Needed to Establish a Contract -Validity -Contract Interpretation -Representation -Breach of a Contract and Remedies - The Default of the Debtor and Creditor -The Concept of Tort -The Liability of Torts and Reasons -The Terms of the Liability of Torts -The Concept of Restitution -The Types of Unjust Enrichment .

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understands legal relationships in law of obligations, why law of obligations is an important branch of law and sources of law of obligations
2Defines the concepts of obligation, obligation relation, the elements of obligation relation, sources of obligation and liability.
3Understands legal causes of the obligation
4Understands the conditions of expiration of obligations and causes for expiring obligation relation.
