Course Objective
The objective is to determine the structure of trilateral labour relations and the rules to be applied to these relations by examining the characteristics of trilateral labour relations in labour law that occured by changing of the conditions in economics and business life. It is targeted to discuss obligations and rights of the parties in trilateral labour relations, to analyze the rules protecting the workers in these relations, to examine the regulations regarding the conclusion and the end of these relations.

1 The Concept of Trilateral Labour Relations and Evolution of This Concept 2 Establishment of Subcontractor Relationship 3 The Rules of Subcontractor Relationship, the Concept of Fictitious Subcontractor Relationship 4 General Characters in Transfer of Workplace 5 Transfer of Workplace in the Labour Law No. 4857 6 Transfer of Workplace in the Turkish Law of Obligations No. 6098 and the Turkish Commercial Law No. 6102 7 Establishment of Temporary Employment Relationship, its Characters, Obligations and Rights of the Parties in This Relation 8 Professional Temporary Relationship 9 Employment Agency 10 General Characters in Transfer of Employment Contract 11 Implementation of Transfer of Employment Contract and its Consequences in Terms of Worker and Employer 12 Trilateral Labour Relations In Company Groups
