Course Content	1. The concept of law of obligations and its sources 2. The concepts of obligation and liability 3. The origin of obligations 4. Special conditions of obligations 5. Expiration of obligations

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Understands legal relationships in law of obligations, why law of obligations is an important branch of law and sources of law of obligations.
2	Defines the concepts of obligation, obligation relation, the elements of obligation relation, sources of obligation and liability.
3	Understands legal causes of the obligation.
4	Understands the conditions of expiration of obligations and causes for expiring obligation relation.
